Here's a look at a recent deck we build in Shawnee, KS. On this project we took out the old laundry room window and replaced that with a door that leads to their brand new deck! This deck was designed for convenience and to be maintenance free with it's composite decking and aluminum railing.

  • We are very happy with the work Top Notch did on our screened-in deck. It was damaged in the recent high winds and needed some repair. Top Notch did a fantastic job at replacing a couple of bent screens and repairing and/or replacing all loose boards and generally tightening everything up It is deck over a walkout basement, so much of the work was done on a ladder and was not an easy job. Matt and the other staff member (I apologize, I'm not 100%% sure of his name) were polite and efficient, and our deck looks perfect. We highly recommend them!
