We are very happy with the work Top Notch did on our screened-in deck. It was damaged in the recent high winds and needed some repair. Top Notch did a fantastic job at replacing a couple of bent screens and repairing and/or replacing all loose boards and generally tightening everything up It is deck over a walkout basement, so much of the work was done on a ladder and was not an easy job. Matt and the other staff member (I apologize, I'm not 100%% sure of his name) were polite and efficient, and our deck looks perfect. We highly recommend them!- Jill Birdsong. 5/2/2020![]()
Top Notch exceeded all of our expectations, they listened and delivered. While renovating our basement they became like family, truly a pleasure working with all of them. They treated our home as if it was their home. They took every measure to keep costs reasonable and realistic. We were never in the dark with anything, there were no surprises. We had daily updates. These guys were great. They definitely have earned the name "Top Notch". They built a deck for us and it was way beyond what we had expected. Their work is impeccable. They listened to our needs and provided options at various price points, explaining pros and cons of each given our stated needs. There was no pressure sale or attempt to flip us to a costlier project. The workers were all professional, patient with our frequent questions and worked steadily. They devoted time to us and we never wondered if or when they were coming. The deck they built and laundry room floor tiling are perfect.
